초록/요약
Ⅰ. 연구개발의 목표와 중요성 본 논문은 IPv4 주소의 고갈에 대비하여 IPv6의 조기 확산을 위한 국내의 IPv6 현황을 파악한다. 이는 다양한 신규 서비스들의 등장과 전 세계적인 인터넷 사용 급증으로 인한 IPv4 주소 고갈문제를 해결하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 국내의 IPv6 준비 및 활용 현황을 정확히 파악할 수 있는 지표 개발 연구가 필요하다. 이를 활용하여 정부의 정책 수립 및 시범 사업 진행의 어려움, 사업자들의 IPv6 개발 투자비용의 낭비 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있다. Ⅱ. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위 본 논문은 국내의 IPv6 준비도 및 활용도를 조사하고 이를 위한 평가 지표를 연구한다. 이를 위해 데이터흐름 기반의 수리모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문의 세부 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. · 국내외 IPv6 관련 지표 연구 동향 조사 · 국내 IPv6 준비도 및 활용도 측정을 위한 지표 연구 · 개발된 지표를 기반으로 하는 국내 IPv6 준비도 및 활용도 조사 Ⅲ. 연구 결과 국내 IPv6 준비 및 활용 현황을 파악하기 위한 지표를 개발하였다. 이를 활용하여 국내 인터넷 관련 사업자들을 대상으로 현황 조사를 수행하여 국내 인터넷 관련 사업자별 IPv6 준비 및 활용 현황을 파악하였다. Ⅳ. 활용 방안 및 기대 효과 본 논문의 결과로 산출되는 IPv6 전환 준비도 및 활용도 현황은 IPv6 확산과 활성화 정책을 위한 기초자료로 활용 될 것이며, 국내 기관, 기업 및 학계에서 IPv6관련 연구의 기초자료로 활용가능 할 것이다.

Expected effects and application In this research, we surveyed the domestic IPv6 usage and preparation. Our research results can assist government and companies to devise their policies.
