이 연구는 정보통신기술교육에서 학습자의 학습 동기와 성격 유형이 학업성취도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 학습자의 학습 동기 유형에 따라 학업성취도는 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 학습자의 성격 유형에 따라 학업성취도는 차이가 있는가? 셋째, 학습자의 학습 동기와 성격 유형의 상호작용 효과가 있는가? 이 연구를 위해 초등학교 5학년생 241명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 학습 동기 검사를 실시하여 학습자의 학습 동기를 분류하였고 성격 유형 검사를 실시하여 학습자의 성격 유형을 분류하였다. 그리고 정보통신기술 학업성취 평가를 실시하여 학업성취도를 알아보았다. 자료 분석을 위해 이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 학습자의 학습 동기 유형에 따라 학업성취도는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 학습 동기 유형에 따른 학업성취도는 자율적 외재적 동기, 내재적 동기, 타율적 외재적 동기, 무동기의 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 학습 동기 유형에 따라 학업성취도에는 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 학습자의 성격 유형에 따라 학업성취도는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 성격 유형에 따른 학업성취도는 외향적 직관형이 가장 높았으며, 외향적 감각형, 내향적 감각형, 내향적 직관형의 순으로 확인되었다. 따라서 성격 유형에 따라 학업성취도에 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 성격 유형과 학습 동기에 따른 상호작용 효과는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 연구결과 내재적 동기, 자율적 외재적 동기, 타율적 외재적 동기, 무동기의 학습 동기 유형에 따라 학업성취도에 차이가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 특히, 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 정보통신기술 학습능력은 자율적 외재적 동기의 학습자에게 가장 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 성격 유형에 따라서도 학업성취도에 영향을 미치고 있으며 외향적 직관형 성격 유형의 학습자들이 다른 성격 유형의 학습자들보다 긍정적인 효과를 미치고 있음을 보여 주었다. 따라서 정보통신기술 학업성취를 향상시킬 수 있는 학습방안을 마련할 때 학습자 특성 중 학습자의 학습 동기와 성격 유형에 대한 고려가 필요하고, 학습에 영향을 주는 학습자 특성을 규명하는 후속연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of motive and personality types of the elementary students in information and communication technology accomplishing degree. For this purpose, the following study points were set up; First, it follows in studying volition motive types and studies accomplishing there is a difference which goes round? Second, studying volition personality types and studies accomplishing there is a difference which goes round? Third, studying volition motive and personality types? This study it decided 241 people hazard elementary school 5 grade students in the study object. It executed the motive types prosecuting attorney and it classified it executed it classified a studying volition motive types, the personality types prosecuting attorney and a studying volition personality types. And it executed an information and communication technology studies accomplishing evaluation and it examined a studies accomplishing degree. The data collected were processed for independent sample two-way ANOVA. The result of the study can be summarized as follows; First, the effects of studies accomplishing degree, differed in studying volition motive types. Studies accomplishing the autonomous infrared volume motive which goes round, immanence motive, heteronomous infrared volume motive and nothing motive pure with it appeared. It followed consequently in motive types and to studies accomplishing degree it was the possibility of knowing the thing there was a difference. Second, the effects of studies accomplishing degree, differed in studying volition personality types. Studies accomplishing the outward intuition elder brother whom it goes round was high most, the outward sense elder brother, the inward sense elder brother and the inward intuition elder brother pure with it was confirmed. It followed consequently in personality types and there is a difference the possibility of knowing the thing there was to studies accomplishing degree. The interaction effect which it follows in third, personality types and motive types was meaningless. The dignity study result computer one information and communication technology learning capability studying the autonomous infrared volume motive slept with mediation and the head of a family the possibility of knowing the fact that it is effective it was. Also studying sleeping cross-beam multi accomplishing boat song of the personality types where the studying sleeping field of the outward intuition elder brother is different it was high it knew. When consequently preparing the studying plan it will be able to improve an information and communication technology studies accomplishing degree, in studying sleeping quality the consideration against the studying volition motive types and personality types being necessary, the succeeding study which examines closely the studying sleeping quality which gives an effect to studying is necessary.
