초록/요약
본 연구는 상급종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 간호일터영성, 윤리적 민감성, 인간중심간호 정도를 확인하고, 간호일터영성과 윤리적 민감성이 인간중심간호에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 경기도 성남시 소재의 S 상급종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 중 연구 참여에 동의한 자로, 입사 6개월 이상의 간호사에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 도구는 이진주(2018)가 개발한 인간중심간호 측정도구(Person-centered Nursing Assessment Tool; PCNAT)와 석정원(2015)이 개발한 간호일터영성 측정도구, 정민영 등(2020)이 개발한 윤리적 민감성 측정도구(Ethical Sensitivity Scale for Clinical Nurses; ESSCN)를 사용하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS statistics 프로그램의 기술통계, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 상급종합병원 간호사의 인간중심간호는 총 5점 만점 중 평균 4.13±0.47점, 간호일터영성은 총 7점 만점 중 평균 4.96±0.87점, 윤리적 민감성은 총 5점 만점 중 평균 4.20±0.46점이었다. 2. 대상자의 인간중심간호에 대해 들어본 경험(t=3.092, p=.002), 인간중심간호 교육이수 유무(t=4.387, p=<.001)에 따라 인간중심간호가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 대상자의 인간중심간호는 간호일터영성(r= .51, p<0.01)과 윤리적 민감성(r= .70, p<0.01)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 윤리적 민감성은 간호일터영성(r=.49, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 4. 인간중심간호에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 인간중심간호에 영향을 미치는 요인은 윤리적 민감성(β=.580, p<.001)과 간호일터영성(β= 187, p<.001) 순으로 나타났으며, 이러한 변수에 의해 인간중심간호가 53.4%의 설명되었다. 본 연구결과, 상급종합병원 간호사의 인간중심간호를 향상시키기 위해서는 간호일터영성과 윤리적 민감성을 증진시키는 중재가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간호사의 인간중심간호에 대한 관심과 내적 동기를 촉진할 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

This descriptive correlational study aimed to investigate the levels of person-centered nursing, nursing workplace spirituality, and ethical sensitivity among nurses working in a tertiary general hospital, and to identify factors influencing person-centered nursing. Data were collected through structured questionnaires from nurses with over six months of experience at an S tertiary general hospital located in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, who voluntarily agreed to participate. The instruments used were the Person-Centered Nursing Assessment Tool (PCNAT) developed by Lee (2018), the Nursing Workplace Spirituality scale by Seok (2015), and the Ethical Sensitivity Scale for Clinical Nurses (ESSCN) developed by Jeong et al. (2020). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. The mean scores were 4.13±0.47 for person-centered nursing, 4.96±0.87 for nursing workplace spirituality, and 4.20±0.46 for ethical sensitivity. 2. Statistically significant differences in person-centered nursing were found based on prior experience of hearing about person-centered care (t=3.092, p=.002) and whether the participant had completed related education (t=4.387, p<.001). 3. Person-centered nursing was positively correlated with nursing workplace spirituality (r=.51, p<.01) and ethical sensitivity (r=.70, p<.01), while ethical sensitivity was also positively correlated with workplace spirituality (r=.49, p<.001). 4. Multiple regression analysis revealed that ethical sensitivity (β = .580, p < .001) and nursing workplace spirituality (β = .187, p < .001) were significant predictors of person-centered nursing, explaining 53.4% of the variance. These findings suggest that to enhance person-centered nursing in tertiary general hospitals, interventions that strengthen nursing workplace spirituality and ethical sensitivity are essential. Furthermore, the development of educational programs and strategies that foster nurses’ interest and intrinsic motivation in person-centered nursing is warranted.
