초록/요약
This study aimed to validate the Revised Green et al., Paranoid Thoughts Scale (R-GPTS) and explore the mediating effect of perceptual anomalies in the relationship between perceived stress and paranoia. In Study 1, the validation process of the R-GPTS was carried out. Various analyses, including exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, group comparisons, and correlations with related measures, were employed to assess the reliability and validity of the R-GPTS. The findings indicated that the R-GPTS consisted of two subscales, namely ideas of reference and ideas of persecution, same as the original scale, and demonstrated favorable model fit. Additionally, the R-GPTS exhibited convergent validity with other paranoia scales and concurrent validity with depression and anxiety scales. It displayed strong internal consistency, and test-retest reliability was satisfactory when retested after a two-week interval. Furthermore, the R-GPTS exhibited significant score differences among the college student group, non-paranoid psychiatric patient group, and paranoid psychiatric patient group, affirming its diagnostic utility. In Study 2, correlation and mediating analyses were conducted to examine the mediating effect of perceptual anomalies in the relationship between perceived stress and paranoia. The results revealed that perceptual anomalies partially mediated the association between perceived stress and paranoia. The implications, limitations, and future research directions were discussed.

본 연구는 편집사고 척도 개정판(The Revised Green et al., Paranoid Thoughts Scale: R-GPTS)을 타당화하였고, 지각된 스트레스와 편집증의 관계에서 지각적 이상 경험의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구 1에서는 편집사고 척도 개정판(R-GPTS)를 타당화하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 302명을 대상으로 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 정신과 환자 집단 79명을 포함하여 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 편집사고 척도 개정판은 원척도와 동일하게 관계 사고 및 피해 사고의 두 하위 요인으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났고, 적절한 모형 적합도를 보였다. 또한 본 척도는 다른 편집증 척도와 수렴타당도를 보였고, 우울 및 불안 척도와 공존타당도를 보였다. 본 척도는 높은 내적합치도를 보였으며 2주 간격으로 재검사를 실시했을 때 검사-재검사 신뢰도가 양호했다. 또한 본 척도는 대학생 집단, 비편집 환자 집단, 편집 환자 집단 간에 점수의 유의미한 차이가 나타나, 편집사고 척도 개정판의 진단적 유용성이 입증되었다. 연구 2에서는 지각된 스트레스와 편집증의 관계에서 지각적 이상 경험의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 지각된 스트레스와 편집증 사이에서 지각적 이상 경험이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구에 대한 방향을 논의하였다.
