초록/요약
본 논문에서는 도플러 효과를 이용한 초음파 장비의 원리를 이해하고 동작원리를 설명한다. 초음파 장비를 이용한 진단은 조영제를 사용하지 않고 방사선을 이용하지 않아 피폭 위험이 없고 즉각적인 결과가 나타나기 때문에 수술실에서 환자의 수술 부위에 혈류 상태를 확인하거나 종양의 위치를 파악하고 제거 여부를 판단하는데 빈번히 이용된다. 특히 도플러 초음파 장비는 혈류 상태를 파악하여 수술 진행 부위의 상태를 확인하고 수술 방향을 결정하는 것에 있어 중요하게 작용하며, 결과를 성공적으로 이끌어 내는데 많은 도움이 된다. 수술실의 긴장된 상황에서 충분히 숙지하지 못한 도플러 장비의 이용방법 및 해석은 수술 진행 상황과 환자의 예후에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 수술실에서 자주 이용되는 도플러 장비의 원리와 종류 및 결과 해석에 대한 충분한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문은 도플러 초음파 장비의 원리 및 수술실에서의 이용 관계를 설명하여 논문의 이해를 바탕으로 관련 장비를 처음 접하거나 활용을 시작하고자 하는 간호사 및 학생들에게 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

This paper explains understanding the ultrasound equipment principle using the Doppler effect's operational direction. Diagnosis using ultrasound equipment does not require contrast media or radiation, eliminating the risk of exposure. Additionally, this method provides immediate results. Therefore, it is used to assess the blood flow status of the patient's surgical site in the operating room and the tumor's location and determine whether they have been successfully removed. Doppler ultrasound equipment plays a crucial role in identifying blood flow conditions, assessing the state of the surgical site, and determining the direction of blood flow during surgery. Furthermore, it significantly contributes to achieving successful results. The method and interpretation of using Doppler equipment by someone not thoroughly familiar with the tense situation in the operating room can substantially impact the progress of surgery and the patient's prognosis. Therefore, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the principles, types, and interpretation of the results of Doppler equipment commonly used in operating rooms. This paper explains the principles of Doppler ultrasound equipment and its use in the operating room. Based on the understanding of the paper, it will be highly advantageous for nurses and students who are encountering or beginning to use related equipment for the first time.
