초록/요약
로봇의 발전은 더욱 빨라지며, 사람들의 삶 속에 많이 이용되고 있다. 하지만 로봇과의 인간의 태도에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 같은 상황에서 다르게 지각하고 판단을 하는 것을 해석 수준이론으로 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 로봇에 해석 수준을 적용하여 심리적 거리에서의 차이를 확인한다. 낮은 해석 수준에서 관계형 로봇과의 심리적 거리를 가장 가깝게 지각하는 결과를 확인하였다. 지각된 심리적 거리와 도움 행동에서 관계에서 차이가 나타났다. 기능형 로봇의 경우 지각된 심리적 거리에 따라 도움을 요청하는 행동 의도는 나타나지 않았으나, 도움을 주는 행동에서는 긍정적인 응답을 하였다. 관계형 로봇에서는 지각된 심리적 거리에 따라 도움을 주는 행동 의도를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과로 로봇에도 해석 수준이론이 적용됨을 확인해 보았으며, 로봇에게 도움 행동이 나타나는 모습을 통해 사회적 관계 속에서 우리가 로봇을 바라보는 관점에 대해 시사점을 갖게 된다.

Robots are developing faster and are being used a lot in people's lives. However, research on human attitudes with robots is insufficient. Different perceptions and judgments in the same situation can be explained by Construal Level theory. In this study, the difference in psychological distance is confirmed by applying the construal level to the robot. The result of the closest perception of psychological distance from relational robots at a low construal level were confirmed. There was a difference in the relationship between perceived psychological distance and helping behavior. In the case of functional robots, there was no intention to ask for help according to the perceived psychological distance, but there was a positive response in the behavior that helped. Relational robots showed behavioral intentions that helped according to perceived psychological distance. As a result of this study, we confirmed that the Construal level theory is applied to robots, and through helping behavior appears to the robot, we have implications for the perspective of looking at robots in social relationships.
