초록/요약
위험임박성 모형이 제시된 이후 다양한 불안장애와의 관계를 살펴본 연구가 진행되었지만, 범불안장애와의 관계에 대해서는 아직까지 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 위험임박성 인지양식과 범불안장애와의 관계에서 회피적 대처의 매개효과와 부정적 기분조절 기대치의 조절된 매개효과가 있는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학생 398명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 단순회귀분석을 사용하여 위험임박성 인지양식의 영향을 살펴보았으며, SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 매개효과, 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 위험임박성 인지양식은 회피적 대처의 사용과 범불안장애 증상의 증가에 영향을 주었으며, 회피적 대처가 위험임박성 인지양식과 범불안장애 사이의 관계를 매개하였다. 부정적 기분조절 기대치는 위험임박성 인지양식과 상호작용하여 회피적 대처에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 부정적 기분조절 기대치와 위험임박성 인지양식의 상호작용 효과에 의해 조절된 회피적 대처가 범불안장애에 영향을 줌으로써 조절된 매개효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 그러나 조절효과와 조절된 매개효과 모두 부정적 기분조절 기대치가 낮은 집단에서는 유의미하지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 의의와 한계점에 대해 논의하였다.

Looming cognitive style(LCS) provided unique perspectives to the understanding on the etiology of anxiety symptoms. However, relatively limited attention has been given to the relationship between LCS and Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD) specifically. This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of avoidant coping and moderated mediating effect of negative mood regulation expectancy(NMRE) on the relationship between LCS and GAD symptoms. Data were collected from 398 university students who completed self-report questionnaires. The effect of LCS was examined using simple linear regression analysis, while the mediating and moderating effects, as well as the mediated moderating effect, were examined using the SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated that LCS was a significant predictor of higher levels of avoidant coping and GAD symptoms. The relation between LCS and GAD symptoms was mediated by avoidant coping. The interaction between LCS and NMRE influenced avoidant coping. In addition, the mediating effect of avoidant coping moderated by NMRE was found to be significant. However, moderating effect and mediated moderating effect were not significant at low level of NMRE. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
