초록/요약
This paper proposes a method to configure ESS so that a reused battery, which has been discharged after being used in an electric vehicle, can be effectively utilized. It is expected that he batteries from electric vehicles, which have been discharged due to not meeting the residual performance standards, will increase significantly in the future. Since these batteries cannot be buried or incinerated, it is necessary to reuse or recycle them as they may cause environmental problems and resource depletion. The residual performance standard of batteries that cannot be used in electric vehicles is about 70%, therefore, the residual performance will be applied to find a method to configure and reuse ESS. In this paper, the process of reusing batteries that have been discharged after being used in electric vehicles, related research at home and abroad, and industrial trends are reviewed. enonomic feasibility and implications will be liked in on by proposing operating palns.

본 논문에서는 전기차에서 사용한 후에 배출 된 배터리를 재사용의 방법으로 ESS(에너지저장장치)를 구성하여 효과적으로 활용 할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 향후 전기차에서 잔존성능기준이 미달하여 배출되는 배터리의 규모가 크게 증가될 것으로 예측되는데 이 배터리는 매립이나 소각이 불가함으로 환경문제나 자원 고갈등의 문제가 발생함으로 재사용 혹은 재활용이 반드시 필요하다. 전기차에서 사용하지 못하는 배터리의 잔존성능기준은 약 70%내외로 이 잔존성능을 활용하여 ESS를 구성하고 재사용 하는 방법을 알아본다. 비상·예비전원시장을 목표로 가정 및 사업장 현장에 보급하여 배터리 수급에 대한 직접비용 및 간접비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 전력 사용량에 따른 전력비 절감에 기여하는 방법을 제시한다. 전기차에서 사용한 후 배출 된 배터리의 재사용 프로세스와 국내외의 관련연구와 산업동향을 살펴보고 운영방안을 제안함으로써 경제성과 시사점을 알아본다.
