부정 긴급성과 고통 감내력이 강박사고에 미치는 영향 : 사고억제의 매개효과

본 연구는 부정 긴급성과 고통 감내력이 강박사고에 미치는 영향에서 사고억제가 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 성인 259명을 대상으로 부정 긴급성, 고통 감내력, 사고억제, 강박사고를 측정하는 설문지를 실시하였다. 구조 방정식 모형 분석 결과, 부정 긴급성 및 고통 감내력이 강박사고에 미치는 영향에서 사고억제가 부분 매개 하였다. 이러한 결과는 강박사고를 다루는데 있어서 사고억제의 중요성을 강조하고 부정 긴급성과 고통 감내력을 고려하는 것의 필요성을 제시한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론 및 의의와 함께 연구의 한계점에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study examined the mediating effect of thought suppression in relationship among negative urgency, distress tolerance, and obsession. A total of two hundred fifty-nine adults completed a battery assessing negative urgency, distress tolerance, thought suppression and obsession. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the mediation effect of thought suppression. The results showed that thought suppression partially mediated the influence of negative urgency and distress tolerance on obsession. These results highlight the importance of thought suppression in dealing with obsession and suggest the need to consider negative urgency and distress tolerance. Finally, the implications, limitations, future direction for this study were suggested.
