초록/요약
본 연구의 목적은 연인과의 이별이라는 대인관계적 외상 사건이 이별 후 성장으로 어떻게 연결될 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 외상 후 성장을 대표하는 이론인 외상 후 성장 모형을 기준으로 불안 애착, 침습적 반추, 의도적 반추, 이별 후 성장을 변인으로 선정하여 이들의 관계를 파악하고, 변인 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 연인과의 이별을 경험한 대학생을 대상으로 불안 애착과 이별 후 성장 간의 관계에서 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추가 순차적으로 이중매개 하는지 알아보기 위해 이중매개모형을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 475명을 대상으로 불안 애착, 이별 후 성장, 침습적 반추, 그리고 의도적 반추를 측정하는 설문지를 실시하였으며, SPSS Process Macro를 사용하여 수집한 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 불안 애착과 이별 후 성장 간의 관계에서 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추가 순차적으로 이중매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추 각각의 단순매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 의의는 첫째, 이별이라는 대인관계적 외상에 국한시켜 외상 후 성장 모형을 검증했다는 것이다. 둘째, 대학상담소에서 자주 찾아볼 수 있는 상담 장면으로 연인과의 이별에 대한 많은 생각에 고통을 호소하는 대학생 내담자들에게 의도적 반추를 이끌어냄으로써 치유 및 성장을 이끌어낼 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the interpersonal trauma of romantic breakups can lead to growth following romantic breakups. Thus, based on the post-traumatic growth model, which is the representative theory of post-traumatic growth, anxiety attachment, intrusive rumination, deliberate rumination, and growth following romantic breakups were selected as variables to identify their relationships and determine how they affect each other. This study verified the dual mediating effects for college students who experienced a breakup with a lover to see if intrusive and deliberate rumination were sequentially dual mediated in the relationship between anxiety attachment and growth following romantic breakups. Thus, 475 college students were asked to measure anxiety attachment, growth following romantic breakups, intrusive rumination, and deliberate rumination. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Process Macro. Studies have shown that intrusive and deliberate rumination are sequentially mediated in the relationship between anxiety attachment and growth following romantic breakups. On the other hand, there was no simple mediated effect of intrusive and deliberate rumination respectively. The significance of this study is as follows. First, only the romantic breakups of trauma has been verified for post-traumatic growth models. Second, the counseling scene, often found in university counseling centers, suggests that it can lead to healing and growth by drawing deliberate rumination to college clients who complain of many thoughts of breaking up with their lovers.
