초록/요약
본 연구는 메트포르민 단일 요법을 극복하기 위해 제 2형 당뇨병의 효과적인 치료방법으로 메트포르민 염산염과 PDE5 억제제 중 한 가지인 실데나필 시트르산염의 고정용량 조합을 설계하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 실데나필은 서방형 메트포르민과 복합하였을 때 투여 형태로써 속방 또는 서방형 두가지가 고려되었다. 2 가지 유형의 정제(SS tablet 및 SI tablet)의 용출 시험은 pH1.2, 6.8 용출시험액에서 평가하였고, 팽윤, 침식 연구를 통해 방출 메커니즘 연구도 함께 진행하였다. 다음 연구를 통해 서방출 메트포르민과 속방/서방출 실데나필을 함유한 SS matrix 및 SI bilayered tablet은 제 2형 당뇨병의 치료에 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
