초록/요약
성적지향 미묘한 차별이 성적지향 소수자들의 정신건강에 다양한 부정적 영향을 미친다는 중요성에도 불구하고, 성적지향 미묘한 차별을 측정할 수 있는 도구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국의 성적지향 소수자들이 실제로 겪고 있는 미묘한 차별 경험을 반영한 ‘한국판 LGB 미묘한 차별 경험 척도’를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 게이, 레즈비언, 바이섹슈얼 각 2명씩 6명을 대상으로 사전조사를 실시하여 한국의 성적지향 소수자가 겪고 있는 미묘한 차별을 조사하였다. Woodford et al.(2015)의 ‘LGBT Microaggressions on Campus Scale’과 Swann et al.(2016)의 ‘Sexual Orientation Microaggression Inventory’에서 번안된 문항과, 사전조사 결과를 통해 개발된 문항을 바탕으로 한국판 LGB 미묘한 차별 경험 척도의 예비 문항을 구성하였으며, 111명의 성적지향 소수자를 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 3요인(비정상을 가정, 관계의 꺼림, 사회적인 비승인)구조의 총 9문항의 한국판 LGB 미묘한 차별 경험 척도가 완성되었다. 신뢰도 검증 결과, 본 척도가 신뢰로운 척도라는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 타당도 검증을 위해 기존의 반동성애폭력척도와의 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 확인하였으며, 준거 타당도와 증분 타당도까지 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 주제어: 미묘한 차별, LGB, 성적지향소수자, 척도개발, 타당화

Even though Sexual Orientation Microaggressions are very important because of it’s negative effects on Sexual Orientation Minorities, only a little scales are exist in Korea. Therefore, the current study developed the ‘Korean version of the LGB microaggression scale(K-LGB-MA)’ for assessing experiences of Korean Sexual Orientation Minorities. To develop the K-LGB-MA, pre-study about real life experiences of Korean Sexual Orientation Minorities’ Microaggressions were proceeded with 2 Lesbians, 2 Gays, and 2 Bisexuals. With item translation of the ‘LGBQ Microaggressions on Campus Scale’ developed by Woodford et al.(2015) and ‘Sexual Orientation Microaggression Inventory’ developed by Swann et al.(2016), item development with pre-study’s data were conducted. Finally, pre-items of the scale were made, and exploratory factor analysis were conducted with a sample of 111 Sexual Orientation Minorities. As a result, 9 items of K-LGB-MA were developed, and three-factor structure(Assumption of abnormality, Reluctant to have a relationship, Societal disapproval) were found. Analyses of reliability of the K-LGB-MA indicate that the K-LGB-MA is a reliable scale. Convergent validity, discriminant validity, criterion validity, and incremental validity were also examined. Implications, limitations, and suggestions for follow-up research of these results are discussed. Key words: Microaggression; LGB; Sexual orientation; scale development; validation
