초록/요약
미래 사회의 성공적 구현을 위해서는 희소 인적 자원인 영재 양성과 역량 환원이 매우 중요하다. 영재는 탁월한 능력의 소유자이다. 각 시대마다 사람들의 관심 분야가 무엇이냐에 따라 다양한 분야의 영재들이 등장한다. 이렇듯 다양한 영재가 존재한다는 것은 영재마다 독특한 능력이 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 잠재력을 가지고 있는 영재의 역량을 성공적으로 계발하기 위해서는 보다 적극적인 환경제공과 영재의 발달적 잠재력 이해를 위한 심도 깊은 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 예술 분야, 특히 음악영재에 관한 연구는 다른 재능 분야에 비해 연구의 범위와 활동이 매우 제한적이고 저조한 실정이다(박다솜, 2018). 따라서 본 연구에서는 한 음악영재의 영·유아기부터 청년이 되기까지의 삶을 통해, 음악적 재능발현에 부모와 가족 환경은 어떤 역할을 하였으며, 재능발달 과정 중, 영재는 어떠한 심리적, 정서적 어려움에 놓이고 경험하였는지 심도 깊게 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 음악가로서 그의 삶에 결정경험은 어떤 의미로 작용하였고, 어떠한 영향력을 미치고 있는지에 대해 심층적으로 이해해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 진행을 위해 반구조화된 설문지를 작성하고, 연구 참여자와의 심층면담을 녹음, 전사하였고, 얻어진 자료를 분석함으로써 의미를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 음악영재의 재능 발현에는 부모와의 건강한 애착관계 형성이 중요하게 작용하였고, 부모의 자연 친화적, 개방적 교육 철학에 근거한 환경 제공의 영향과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 연구 참여자의 부모와 가족은 음악영재에게 다양한 정서적 체험과 음악적 자극 환경조성을 적극 조성해 주었고, 지속적인 격려와 지원을 아끼지 않았다. 또한 그의 부모는 양육을 특별하고 위대한 ‘사명’으로 여기고 부모의 역할에 충실하였다. 그런 환경에서 성장한 음악영재에게 부모와 가족은 창조의 힘의 근원이 되었다. 둘째, 자연 속에서 놀며, 배우며, 마음껏 질문하며 성장했던 다채롭고 행복했던 유년시절이 음악영재를 건강하게 성장시켰고, 삶의 원동력이 되어 재능 발현 과정 중의 실패, 좌절의 어려움들을 긍정적으로 해결하려는 강한 의지와 회복 탄력성에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있었다. 셋째, 음악영재의 행복했던 어린 시절은 보물 창고와 같아서 그의 삶과 음악세계에서 빛을 발하고 있었다. 행복했던 어린 시절의 정서와 향수가 그의 음악세계를 지지하였고 작품 세계 속에 살아 숨 쉬고 있었다. 넷째, 연구 참여자가 경험한 결정경험은 작곡가로서의 그의 삶에 명확한 동기부여 및 목표 설정, 음악적 롤 모델 역할을 하고 있었으며, 그의 음악세계의 스펙트럼을 확장시켜주고 새로운 가능성과 방향을 제시해 주는 강력하고 직접적인 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 이렇듯 결정경험이 음악영재의 삶에 미치는 영향력은 자신만의 독자적 음악세계를 구축하고자하는 포부와 끊임없는 도전 의식, 열정의 원동력이 되었다. 그러므로, 결정경험은 영재의 내적 동기를 발견하는데 적절한 방법이고, 영재의 흥미, 희망, 욕구에 대하여 더 많은 통찰과 지식을 얻는데 도움이 된다. 그러므로 부모나 교육자들이 아이들의 결정경험을 물어보는 것은 좋은 교육이 되며, 개인의 목표 달성에도 긍정적 도움을 줄 수 있는 방법이 될 것이다.

For the successful implementation of the future society, it is very important to cultivate giftedness of rare human resources and to restore competency of giftedness. Gifted children is the owner of outstanding ability. In each age, depending on what fields people are interested in, there are various types of gifted children. This variety of giftedness means that each kind of gifted children has a unique ability. In order to successfully develop the capacity of gifted child with these potentials, the need for the more active research and understanding of gifted developmental potential is required. However, research on musical giftedness in the arts field is rarely performed compared with other talent gifted fields. The purpose of this study is to understand impact of the emotional difficulty, crystallizing experience and family environment that must be experienced from the musical gifted through the life from infancy to adulthood. The semi-structured questionnaires were prepared, and in-depth interviews with the participants were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. The talented development of musical gifted children has grown healthy in the colorful and happy childhood that it has formed a healthy attachment relationship with parents and grown up playing, learning, freely asking questions in the nature. As the driving force of life, it was positively affecting the strong will to resolve positively and resilience of acceptance of failure and frustration during the development process of giftedness. The happy childhood of musical giftedness was like a treasure house and it was shining in his life and music world. And his happy childhood emotions and nostalgia became a strong footing, supporting his music world and living and breathing in his work world. Three crystallizing experiences of the research participants was clearly motivating and setting goals and musical role model for his life as a composer. It has had a powerful and direct influence, extending the spectrum of his music world and presenting new possibilities and directions of music. The influence of the crystallizing experience on the musical gifted life has become the driving force of aspiration and constant challenge spirit and enthusiasm to build his own independent music world.
