초록/요약
We reported the synthetic method of graphene-spherical hollow carbon composites using direct synthesized grpahene-mesoporous silica composites from graphite and their application. Using Pluronicⓒ F-127 as a surfactant, exfoliated graphene were dispersed in water and mesoporous silica was made on the graphene surface. We observed the structure and composition of graphene-mesoporous silica composites by using x-ray diffractometry, trasmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, N2 adsorption-desorption analysis and elemental mapping analysis. The graphene-mesoporous silica composites were formed layered mesoporous amorphous silica up on graphene surface. The composites have about 633 m2/g of specific surface area, about 4 nm of pore size, and type VI mesopore. For using this, we synthesized graphene-spherical hollow carbon composites through nanocasting process. We observed that the graphene- spherical hollow carbon composites have high specific surface area (about 1793 m2/g) and bubble-like shape of pore. For its possibility about electrode in supercapacitor, we observed their electrochemical properties. The composites were exhibited 185 F g-1 of specific capacitance in 1 mV s-1 and good cyclic stability during 200 cycles.
