친환경 실내 식재공간 계획방향 : 식재공간 계획 중심으로

초록/요약
고령화사회의 도래와 함께 실내 식재공간으로 인한 경제적 자급효과와 자원순환, 쾌적한 실내환경의 조성, 습도조절 등 실내 식재공간의 효과성을 중심으로 그 가능성을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 실내식재에 대한 의식을 조사하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지 조사는 2011년 4월8일부터 4월25일 까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 윈도우 16.0을 통하여 교차분석과 일원분산분석을 실시하여, 거주자들의 실내식재에 대한 의식, 기능, 만족도, 거주자들의 특성에 따른 인지도와 만족도의 정도를 유의수준(p= .05, .01, .001)에서 검증을 하였다. 실내식재에 있어서 성별이나, 주거유형별, 주택규모, 층수, 체류시간에 상관없이 실내식재의 개념에 관해서는 99명(75%)이 잘 모르고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실내식재의 역할에 대한 설문조사 결과 인간생활의 기능적인 측면에서는 쾌적한 환경조성이 67.3%로 주를 이루었으며, 다음으로는 23.5%가 장식적 기능을 들었다. 실내식재의 환경적인 역할로는 공기정화의 역할이 79.2%로 우선으로 뽑았으며 그 다음으로는 습도조절의 역할이 9.9%로 나타났다. 또한 현재 주거에 있어서 주로 이용되고 있는 유형으로는 화분을 이용한 공간계획이 74.9%로 가장 많았고, 발코니나 베란다, 거실 등의 식재가 15.3%로 나타났다. 따라서 현재 거주자들이 실시하고 있는 실내식재의 경우에는 매우 소극적인 실내식재의 형태를 취하고 있다고 생각된다. 피조사가가 원하는 실내식재의 유형으로는 발코니 형이 60.5%로 가장 많이 나타났다. 현재 아파트에 거주하는 조사대상자 132명 중 31명이 실내식재를 실시하고 있다고 응답하였고, 응답자 중에서 15명이 만족하고 있다고 응답하였으며 16명은 만족하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 만족하지 못하는 주요 원인은 관리상의 어려움으로 호소하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 거주자의 특성 중 주거유형에 따라 실내식재의 찬성과 반대에 대한 인식을 교차분석한 결과 검정통계량 =68.800, 유의확률이 p>.05로 나타나 주거형태에 따른 유의한 통계적 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자가, 전세, 기타에 따른 차이가 존재하지 않는 것으로 보인다. 주거유형에 따른 실내식재 계획 시 요구사항에 대하여 교차분석한 결과 검정통계량 =13.758, 유의확률이 p>.05로 나타나 주거유형에 따른 유의한 통계적 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자가, 전세, 기타에 대한 차이가 존재하지 않는 것으로 보인다. 기존연구의 경우 친환경 실내 식재공간 평면계획에 관한 연구보다는 실내조경에 식물에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 연구의 경우 식재공간계획의 필요성 분석을 포함하여 기존 아파트 거주자에 대한 설문조사의 분석을 통해 보다 발전된 식재공간 계획을 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 선행연구와는 차별화된 논문이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 선행연구의 경우 설문조사를 위주로 한 양적 방법론을 사용하였지만 본 연구에서는 심층적인 관찰과 면접을 추가한 질적 방법이라는 점이다.

With arrival of the aging society the economic self-supply effect which is caused by together in the interior re-space and volunteering circulation, effectiveness of creation and humidity control etc. interior re-space of the interior environment which is comfortable there is a goal of the research which tries to observe the possibility in the center. For this in order to investigate a ceremony re-about interior executed a question investigation. The data which is collected led and SPSS windows 16.0 executed re-about interior of the residents followed a range analysis and a member analysis of variance, in quality of ceremonies, functions, satisfactions and the residents to help, the degree stamp of satisfaction Verified. There was re-to interior and sex or house type by, residential size and number of layers, at stay time the higher officer with the fact that 99 people interior reconsideration concepts about (75%) is knowing without well. About the interior reconsideration role from the side which question investigation resultant human life is functional the environmental creation which is comfortable formed a nucleus with 67.3%, 23.5% listened a decorate function in afterwords. Interior reconsideration with the role which is environmental afterwords that the role of air purge to take out first of all with 79.2% the role of humidity control appeared with 9.9%. Also currently there was in a house and in the type which is used mainly the space planning which uses the pot with authorization 15.3% of the veranda and living room etc. was most with 74.9%, the balcony appeared. The interior reconsideration which currently the residents are executing consequently in case is thought that very takes the interior reconsideration form which is passive. The Fizeau company wants in the interior where reconsideration type the balcony elder brother appeared most plentifully with 60.5% That currently 31 people in investigation object person 132 people which dwell in the apartment are executing re-interior, answer back, that 15 people are being satisfactory from in the answer back person, answer back, 16 people with the fact that is not satisfactorily. Is not satisfactory, the primary reason the management coat with being difficult, with the fact that is appealing.
