초록/요약
단위공정이 순차적인 연결에 따라 제품을 생산하는 연속공정 시스템에서는 각 단위공정에서의 발생하는 변수에 따라 후속 공정의 영향을 준다. 재공에 의해 생산을 진행 하는 연속 공정에서 생산계획 관점에서는 전 공정에서의 불량 발생이 후속 공정의 투입량이 변화하게 되게, 후속 공정에서는 투입량에 따라 가공시간이 변화하게 된다. 즉 후속 공정을 진행함에 따라 계획된 가공 시간과 실제 가공시간의 차이는 커질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 연속공정의 단위공정의 불량 과 가공시간 관점에서 연구 하였으며, 각 단위공정의 공정시간을 확정공정시간과 변동공정시간으로 나누어 모델링, 분석, Simulation 하였으며, 확정공정시간 과 변동공정시간의 비율을 공정관리의 지표로 활용하는 예제에 대해서 Simulation 및 결과를 분석 하였다.

There are many factors that could be in the production process. Especially, the factors could affect the next process in the continuous process production system.The continuous process production system's production plan is based on the WIP(Work In Progress). In this case, the previous process's defect weighs with the next process's process time. the gab of Planed Process time and actual Process time getting wide by the progressing the process. This paper researches the process time and process defect in the continuous Production system. The Process time devide fixed process time and variation time. The fixed process time and variation process time generalize, modelize, and analyze. the ratio of variation process time and process time is recommended the process control index.
