초록/요약
u-Home은 유비쿼터스 디지털 홈으로 가정 내의 모든 생활 기기가 유무선 홈 네트워크로 연결되어 누구나 기기, 시간, 장소에 구애받지 않고 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 가정 환경을 말한다. u-Home에서는 각종 정보가전 기기의 원격제어, 홈뱅킹, 양방향 홈쇼핑, 에너지 관리, 맞춤형 원격 의료 등의 편리한 서비스가 제공된다. 이러한 u-Home 서비스 이용에 있어서 고려해야할 중요한 것이 보안이다. 하지만 유비쿼터스 홈 네트워크 보안의 취약성으로 인해 개인 프라이버시 노출 및 개인 자산에 대한 불법 제어 가능성이 더욱 빈번해질 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인마다 소유하고 있는 휴대폰의 USIM 칩을 이용하여 사용자를 인증하고 인증 정보를 바탕으로 정상적인 사용자에게 홈 서버 접근을 허용하여 u-Home 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 한다. 그로 인해 허가 받지 않은 사용자로부터의 댁내 자산 및 개인 정보를 보호하고, 정상적인 사용자가 u-Home 서비스를 이용함에 있어서 Normal Mode와 Secure Mode로 구분하여 사용자가 상황에 맞추어 편리하고 안전하게 u-Home 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안한다.

u-Home is the ubiquitous digital home that all home appliances are connected by wire-wireless home network which can make anyone use various services without time and place limits. There are remote control of home appliances, home banking, mutual home shopping, energy management, and remote medical care, etc. in u-Home service. The security is one of the most important consideration in using u-Home service. However, individual privacy exposure and illegal control of assets are more frequent because of the vulnerability of ubiquitous home network. In this paper, we show that an user gets authentication through mobile phone's USIM and is allowed to access home server based on authentication information to use u-Home service. Therefore, it protects home assets and individual information from an abnormal user who has no permission. We also propose that an user can safely and comfortably use u-Home service by the normal mode and the secure mode depended on situations.
