청소년의 정신병질 : 하위유형은 존재하는가?

초록/요약

본 연구는 정신병질적인 성향이 있는 청소년들을 대상으로 정서적, 성격적 특성에 따라 일차적 정신병질유형과 이차적 정신병질유형이 구분될 수 있는지를 검토하였다. 연구결과, 특성불안과 정신병질의 하위요인들을 대상으로 실시한 군집분석에서 두 개의 군집이 나타났는데, 낮은 특성불안과 높은 대인관계문제를 특징으로 하는 일차적 정신병질군집과 높은 특성불안과 높은 행동문제를 특징으로 하는 이차적 정신병질군집이었다. 또한, 일차적 정신병질 군집은 높은 외현적 자기애적인 성향과 관련이 있는 반면에, 이차적 정신병질군집은 정서조절능력에 있어서 어려움을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 일차적 정신병질집단의 경우 대인관계적인 개입이 효과적인 반면에, 이차적 정신병질집단의 경우 정서적인 개입이 효과적이라는 것에 대한 근거가 될 것이다. 마지막으로, 후속연구를 위한 제안과 본 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.
