초록/요약
현대의 기업들을 보면 모든 대상과 무한경쟁의 위치에 있다. 과거 자국 내 동종제품을 생산하는 경쟁사들과의 경쟁에서 이제는 전세계로 그 대상이 확대되고, 경쟁대상도 유사품을 제작하는 업체, 더 나아가 전혀 연관성이 없을 것 같은 다양한 직종의 제품들과 경쟁을 벌이는 현상으로 확대되고 있는 것이 사실이다.이런 변화한 경쟁환경은 다양화된 고객의 욕구에 부합하는 여러 가지 과제까지 함께 부여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시장상황과 제작 아이템에 적합한 다양한 생산방식을 살펴보고 긴급 수주 대응에 대한 기존 생산방식의 문제점을 파악해 보고, 새로운 생산방식으로 기존 라인생산의 효율저하를 최소로 하는 생산방식으로 그림자(SHADOW) 생산방식을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 대표적인 중장비 생산회사인 D사(社)의 엔진사업부를 사례 모델로 적용하였으며, 당 논문에서 다룰 중점사항인 그림자(SHADOW)생산방식을 적용하는 것으로 가정하여 개선사례와 예상효과를 제시하였다.그림자(SHADOW)생산방식은 다품종 소량생산방식의 긴급 수주 대응 건에 대한 대안으로 적합하며, 기존 라인 손실을 최소화하고 대응시간을 극대화 하는데 그 장점이 있다. 물론 추가 관리항목이 생성되고 정보전달의 원활치 않은 경우 많은 혼란을 야기할 수 있는 단점도 가지고 있다. 추후 이론의 체계화되고 안정화된 생산방식의 정착을 위해서는 반드시 극복 해야 할 부분이기도 하다.

Many enterprises in today are situated in infinite competition with all objects. Inside the past home country from competition with the competitive company field which produces the kindred product the object is magnified recently in whole world, the enterprise where also the competitive object produces the imitation, with the products of the service which more further entirely is appear various not to be being fire tube characteristic the fact that it is magnified under the actual conditions which open a competition fact. Like this the competitive environment which changes is giving until the various branch subject which corresponds in craving of the customer who has become various anger together. It observed the productive method which is various is suitable in marketing aspect and production ITEM from the present paper and a shadowy (SHADOW) productive method in the productive method which decreases an existing line production efficiently in new productive method with smallest to grasp the problem point of the existing productive method against a report urgent water column confrontation it reports, it presented. It will reach and to respect the engine promotion department of ‘D’ companies which are a domestic representative heavy equipment productive company with the instance model, it applied it applies the SHADOW PRODUCTIVE METHOD which is an important fact which it will treat from sugar dissertation an improvement instance and a forecast effect with the fact that about under the family it presented. The SHADOW PRODUCTIVE METHOD is suitable with the alternative against the urgent water column confrontation case of small quantity batch production, it minimizes an existing line loss and confrontation time maximum anger there is the strong point of the place where it does. Of course additional civil official item creating, smooth of information transmission the case which is not also the weak point it will be able to cause a many confusion is having. It becomes systematic anger of following theory and fixation of the productive method which becomes stable anger hazard it stands and certainly it overcomes and it is percentage part, it does.
