초록/요약
최근 들어 기업 환경이 무한 경쟁 시대에 직면 하면서 저 성장과 경쟁 심화로 제품가격 하락 어려운 경영환경을 맞이하여 경쟁력 제고를 위한 방법으로 경영 혁신 활동을 통해 위기를 극복 하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문은 기업에서 경쟁력 향상을 위해 경영혁신 기법으로 필요한 제조 현장에서 6시그마 기법의 효율적 적용 방안을 제시함으로써 현장 6시그마 경영혁신 활동의 방법론을 정확하게 이해하고 현장에 적용하여 현장 혁신 활동의 목표인 품질혁신과 원가절감에 실질적으로 기여할 수 있도록 하는 것 이 그 목적이다. 현장에서 현장 사원이 문제점들을 쉬운 방법으로 지속적 해결할 수 있는 현장의 눈높이가 맞는 방법론 이 요구되어 전통적인 표준 6시그마 DMAIC 기법 18개 Step 에서 SS활동 DMAIC 개선 9 Step 활용을 통해 현장사원이 일상업무에 간단하면서도 쉽고,빠르면서,정확하게,적용 행 가능 하도록 전원이 참여하고,즉 실천 과 Loss 저감,스피드 향상의 개념을 포함하는 SS ( Speed Six Sigma)방법론 적용으로 전 직원 현장 혁신 체질화 를 단계적,체계적 확산적용 하고, 현장 맞춤형 SS활동을 통해 과학적으로 일하는 방식을 습득하고 현장 중심과제를 자발적 능동적 해결로 고객 및 직원만족도를 향상시켜 Global 수준 현장 실현을 위한 하나의 Tool로 적용 하였다. SS (Speed Six Sigma) 활동을 한마디로 집약 한다면, 6시그마 철학 을 바탕으로 쉽게 빠른 활용 및 낭비개선을 통한 현장 혁신 활동 체질화 이다.

Recently, the business environment has been faced with the age of limitless competition . There are many company to get over business crisis by the business innovation activity which makes the company increase competitiveness. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute real improvement to quality innovation and cost reduction, which is the aim of field innovation activity by presenting the efficient application plan of six sigma method. There are demands for the method that can constantly solve the field’s problem in easy way. Through the use of 9 step of DMAIC improvement SS activity, among the traditional standard of 18 step of Six Sigma DMAIC methods, the field worker can perform easily, quickly and correctly in routine work. In other words, the field worker operates the SS (Speed Six Sigma) method including the concept of practice, loss improvement and speedup, and they internalize and carry the method to the other workers systematically. Though SS activity oriented field, the worker can manage their work on scientific lines and can solve the field’s problem voluntarily, so they can improve the customer & co-worker satisfaction measurement and make the field global level. In brief, SS (Speed Six Sigma) activity is the internalization of field innovation activity based on the Six Sigma method, through quick use and loss improvement
