A Study on Productivity Innovation CRM Model by a Consulting for Small and Medium Enterprises

This study is for small and medium sized manufacturing companies to improve the Productivity Innovation CRM model by consulting and provider of solution. It is time for the companies to reconsider the relationship between company and customer under reducing the royalty of customer and subdivided market. Also companies need to apply the data from the various communication methods to meet the above requirements CRM is shown up. A large company A and T consulting company provide consulting and solution for medium sized manufacturing customer companies, to help productivity innovation, stabilization of quality, cost reduction etc. Then medium sized manufacturing customer companies get to solve their own problems that could not solve. The purpose of this study ande composition and methodology are described in chapter 1 and the meaning and types of CRM and CRM states in domestic and overseas, company trend in chapter 2 and show how to get effects for small and medium sized manufacturing companies to improve the Productivity Innovation CRM model by consulting and provider of solution in chapter 3. This study is to help a large companies which are have customers about and small-medium sized companies to ensure and improve their manufacturing competitiveness.
