An Inventory Operation Model for Petroleum Terminal
초록/요약
본 연구과제에서는 순수한 상업용 유류탱크의 재고관리 범위에 국한 한다. 일반적으로, 국내 유류재고는 국가안보뿐 아니라 산업과 관련되어 이를 감안한 충분한 수준을 유지해오고 있다. 석유제품은 다른 제품에 비해 다양한 분석 및 응용분석이 충분치 이루어 지지 않았음을 보여준다. 따라서 이러한 저유소의 유류재고 특성을 분석하여 경제적 발주량의 새로운 모델을 제시하였다. 아울러 경제적 발주량의 새로운 모델((Q^(*)b) 을 사용하여 기존 재고관리 모델(Q^(*)) 과의 경제성 효과를 사례를 들어 설명하였으며, 유류재고의 발주방식을 정립 하였다. 또한 유류재고관리에 대하여 service level 현황을 파악하였으며, 이를 적정 service level로 운영할 경우를 가정할 때 발생되는 여유물량에 대하여 임대 수익창출비용 및 건설비 절감효과를 사례로 제시하였다. 현재 이와 같은 경제적 효과가 현업에서 시행되고 있으나, 본 연구를 통해 경계유를 고려한 새로운 경제적 발주량() 수식을 제시함으로서 유류재고의 효율적 관리와 분석이 가능하여 송유관 유류재고관리에 알맞은 총비용(TC) 계산에 적합한 모델식이 될 것이다. 이것은 저유소 시설의 재고운영에 있어 시설설계 및 운영의 과학적 접근에 도움이 될 것이다

This study subject is confined to the inventory management of commercial petroleum tank. Generally, inventory is maintained at a sufficient level due to the fact that domestic petroleum is closely related to national security as well as commercial industry. This also shows that, for petroleum, multilateral analysis and application of the analysis was not performed enough as in other products. It suggests a new model for the economical order amount by analyzing feature of petroleum inventory at terminal. It uses a new model() of economical order amount to illustrate current inventory management model() and economical effect with examples and build order system of petroleum inventory. It finds out the current service level of petroleum inventory management and presents an example of reducing cost of rent revenue and construction cost on assumption of operating at a proper service level. Now, economical effect like this is operated at the work site, and it can be a proper model to calculate total cost of pipeline petroleum inventory management by this study to effectively manage and analyze petroleum inventory by presenting the new economical order amount() formula considering interfaces of oil.
