초록/요약
디지털 포렌식은 물리적 현장에서 획득한 디지털 증거물을 특정한 방법을 통해 분석하여 법정 증거물로 제출하는 일정한 절차를 의미한다. 오늘날 까지 다양한 디지털 포렌식 절차가 연구되어 왔음에도 불구하고 물리적 공간에서의 디지털 증거 수집과 디지털 공간에서의 디지털 증거 분석, Anti-Forensic과 분석오류에 대응하기 위한 실무적 환경을 고려한 절차는 존재하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 연구되어 온 DOJ의 디지털 포렌식 절차를 기반으로 디지털 포렌식 수사사례를 바탕으로 새로운 디지털 포렌식 단계와 절차를 제안하고자한다. 그리고 제안한 디지털 포렌식 수사절차를 실무 사례에 적용하여 물리적 현장과 디지털 현장에서의 획득, 이송 방법과 수사단계, 재검토 단계를 통해 AntiForensic과 분석오류 재검토 결과를 통해 제안된 디지털 포렌식 수사절차의 정확도과 효율성 향상 결과에 대해 알아본다.

Digital forensic analyzes digital evidence that acquire in physical spot through specific method and it means fixed procedure that submit by court evidence. Despite various digital forensic procedure had been studied until today, procedure that consider on-the-job surrounding to correspond digital gathering of evidence and digital evidence analysis from digital space, Anti-Forensic from phsical space and analysis error does not exist. DOJ's digital forensic procedure studied so far in this treatise with digital forensic investigation example to base new digital forensic step and procedure proposal low class informer do. And apply digital forensic investigation procedure that propose on business example and search correctness of digital forensic investigation procedure that is proposed through physical spot and acquisition in digital spot, transfer method and investigation step, Anti forensic through reappraisal step and analysis error reappraisal result about course efficiency elevation result.
