초록/요약

As the Kazakhstan e-commerce field is growing nowadays a need for e-government arose. It is definitely facilitating the communication between the governments and businesses; bringing governments closer to people, governments closer to enterprises and leading to faster and more efficient economic development of the country. That is why e-government is a “hot ticket” today. Consequently, the need for one of the main models of e-government arose, that is the Business-to-Government model. As it helps improving the e-development of Kazakhstan it will play a significant role in the e-commerce development. This work is significant in that it would be able to show, within the preview of the information and gathered data, whether the B2G model can contribute to the advancement of the economy and what the possible obstacles and methods for its implementation are.
