초록/요약
강한 주게 리간드인 N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC) 리간드와 copper(II) acetate를 이용하여 IPrCu(OAc)2를 합성하였다. 이 cpmplex는 공기 중에 안정하고 어떤 특별한 주위 없이 상온에서 보관이 요이했다. 이 complex는 알데하이드와 케톤의 1,2-환원과 엔온의 conjugate 환원에서 Stryker's Reagent보다 좋은 반응성을 보였다. 그리고 알파, 베타-불포화 나이트릴의 conjugate 환원에서는 Xantphos-type의 리간드를 사용한 반응보다 효과적인 반응성을 보였다.
