거래소시장보다 코스닥 시장이 더 위험하기 때문에 더 많은 수익을 올릴 수 있다는 전제하에서 본 연구를 시작하였다. 두 시장의 기본적인 비교와 상장시 차이점을 분석하고 두 시장의 규모와 거래량의 차이와 기본적인 분석으로 배당수익률, PER, PBR을 가지고 분석하였다. 분석결과를 볼 때 기본적인 분석임에도 불구하고 거래소시장보다 코스닥시장에서 투자자들이 주식을 고 평가하고 있다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이 세가지 분석으로 전제조건이 맞아떨어지는 것을 볼 수 없었으나 더 많은 심층 분석이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

This paper reports on the premise that investing in the KOSDAQ Market is more profitable than in the Korean Stock Exchange Market because it is the riskier market. The purpose of the study was to examine a fundamental comparison and the difference between two stock markets at the time of being listed by means of trade volume and the exchange market size as well as the dividend yield, PER and PBR. With all the fundamental analysis, The investors develop a tendency to overestimate the KOSDAQ relative to The Korean Stock Exchange Market. The study didn't provide clear evidence that those three analyses fit into the premise, but simultaneously it leaves something to be done with more in-depth study.
