초록/요약
인공지능 기술은 우리에게 편리함을 제공하는 반면, 그에 따른 부정적 영향이 개개인뿐 아니라 나아가 사회 제반에 걸쳐 작용하므로, 인공지능 윤리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 ‘AI 활용 능력’, ‘AI 비판적 사고력’, ‘AI 문제해결력’과 윤리 요소가 포함된 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 적용한 실험연구를 통해 학습자의 인공지능 윤리의식교육과 태도에 미치는 영향을 목적으로 했다. 이를 분석하기 위해 10인의 전문가 집단에서 타당도 검증받은 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 교수 학습에 이용했다. 교수 학습과정안에 이러한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램 모형을 적용했으며 8차시로 4번의 수업으로 구성했다. 1~2차시는 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램의 AI 활용 능력 소양을 적용, 3~4차시는 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램의 AI 비판적 사고력을 적용, 5~6차시는 3~4차시와 같이 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램의 AI 비판적 사고력을 적용, 7~8차시는 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램의 AI 문제해결 가치를 적용했다. 연구 대상은 중학생 17명으로 했고, 단일집단 사전-사후 실험 도구를 이용했다. 실험집단은 학생들에게 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 적용 전과 후에 동일한 검사를 시행하고, 대응표본 t-검정을 시행하였다. 이에 따라 실험집단 학생을 대상으로 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 적용 전과 적용 후에 동일 검사를 실시, 대응표본 t-검정을 시행했다. 이를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 연구를 시행했다. 첫째, 중학생을 대상으로 인공지능 윤리의식과 인공지능에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키기 위한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램이 무엇인지 고안하고, 이것을 개발하여 내용타당도를 검증했다. 둘째, 개발한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램이 중학생의 인공지능 윤리의식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사했다. 셋째, 개발한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램이 중학생의 인공지능에 대한 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사했다. 연구를 통행 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능 리터러시 교육 핵심역량에 관해 AI 활용 능력, AI 비판적 사고력, AI 문제해결력으로 설계했고, 핵심역량과 인공지능 윤리가 포함되어 설계한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램 모형을 개발했고, 이 모형을 통해 교육 운영이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 했다. 둘째, 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 적용한 중학생의 인공지능 윤리의식의 하위영역에 관한 분석한 결과를 보면, 모든 범주에서 인공지능 윤리의식이 향상되었다는 유의미한 관계를 갖는다. 셋째, 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램을 적용한 중학생의 인공지능에 대한 태도의 하위영역에 관한 분석 결과를 보면, 모든 범주에서 인공지능 태도에 미치는 영향은 인공지능에 대한 태도를 향상하는 데 유의미한 관계를 갖는다. 이에 따라 본 연구가 제시한 인공지능 윤리 교육프로그램이 중학생의 인공지능 윤리의식과 태도에 미치는 결과는 긍정적이라 볼 수 있고, 교육 현장에 유익한 영향을 주는 프로그램이라 할 수 있다. 이로써 본 프로그램을 통해 학습자가 인공지능의 사회적 영향을 비판적 사고력으로 인공지능과 감정 교류하고 협력적으로 문제 해결하는데 가치를 가질 수 있고, 인공지능과 사회적 구성원이 공존‧공생하기 위한 윤리의 필요성과 인공지능을 대하는 태도에 긍정적으로 선도할 수 있는 점을 기대할 수 있다.

While Artificial Intelligence technology provides us with convenience, the need for artificial intelligence ethics is emerging as negative influences work not only for individuals but also for all sectors of society. This study was studied for the purpose that is to identify the influence of ethical consciousness and attitudes through experimental studies applied artificial intelligence ethics education programs. The teaching and learning process plan applied the artificial intelligence ethics education program model and consisted of 4 classes in 8 sessions. Artificial intelligence ethics education programs were composed of the core competency of literacy education such as ‘AI utilization ability’, ‘AI critical thinking ability’, ‘AI problem-solving ability’ and ethical elements, and the final program was developed by verifying the validity of 10 expert groups. The contents of the program are designed to understand the characteristics and technologies of artificial intelligence, and to enhance the knowledge that can be used as a desirable tool for its purpose. In addition, through this program, learners were designed to exchange emotions with artificial intelligence with critical thinking skills and solve problems cooperatively. This program was organized so that artificial intelligence and social members could positively lead the need for ethics to coexist and the attitude toward artificial intelligence. An artificial intelligence ethics education program was applied to 17 middle school students, and a response sample t-test was conducted based on aone-group pretest-posttest test. As a result, the influence of artificial intelligence ethics consciousness and attitude was significant in each category. Accordingly, in this study, the results of the artificial intelligence ethics education program on the artificial intelligence ethics consciousness and attitude of middle school students are positive, and it can be said to be a program that has a beneficial effect on the educational field.
