EFFECTIVENESS OF TRACKING SYSTEM OF SOLAR POWER PLANT IN SURKHANDARYA REGION OF UZBEKISTAN

An effective way to improve the performance of photovoltaic stations is the use of tracking systems for the Sun’s position. The pronounced dependence of the amount of solar radiation arriving at the receiving surface of solar panels on the geographic location of the power plant and climatic conditions causes significant differences in the characteristics of solar radiation for different regions of Uzbekistan. Accordingly, the parameters of tracking systems that ensure the maximum performance of a solar power plant can also vary significantly. The experience of practical application of solar trackers in Uzbekistan is small, and the task of choosing the parameters of the tracking system that ensures the maximum technical and economic efficiency of a photovoltaic plant in a given area of its operation is relevant.
