내현적 자기애와 반응적 공격성의 관계 : 적대적 귀인편향과 분노반추의 순차적 매개효과

본 연구는 내현적 자기애와 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 적대적 귀인편향과 분노반추의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 총 300명의 만 19세 이상 성인을 대상으로 내현적 자기애, 적대적 귀인편향, 분노반추, 반응적 공격성을 측정하는 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 내현적 자기애와 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 적대적 귀인편향과 분노반추의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 내현적 자기애와 반응적 공격성의 관계를 적대적 귀인편향과 분노반추가 순차적으로 부분매개하였다. 이러한 결과는 내현적 자기애가 높을수록 더 많은 적대적 귀인편향을 가지게 되고, 적대적으로 귀인하는 편향이 분노반추를 증가시킴으로써 결국 반응적 공격성이 나타나게 됨을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점, 그리고 치료적 제언에 관해 논의하였다.

This study examined the sequential mediating effects of hostile attribution bias and anger rumination in the relationship between covert narcissism and reactive aggression. Three hundred adults aged nineteen years and older completed self-report questionaires measuring covert narcissism, hostile attribution bias, anger rumination, and reactive aggression. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the sequential mediating effects of hostile attribution bias and anger rumination in the relationship between covert narcissism and reactive aggression. As a result, the relationship between covert narcissism and reactive aggression was partially mediated by hostile attribution bias and anger rumination sequentially. This result suggests that the higher the level of covert narcissism, the more hostile attribution bias, and the more hostile attribution bias increases anger rumination, which eventually leads to reactive aggression. Finally, the significance, limitations, and treatment recommendations of this study were discussed.
