초록/요약
2014년 1월 1일부터 동물보호법 시행규칙이 개정되어 반려동물 등록을 위해 인식표는 물론 내, 외장형 무선식별장치 모두 반려견 보호자가 직접 선택하여 착용하도록 의무화되었다. 또한 반려견과 함께 외출할 때는 반드시 반려인의 이름, 연락처, 동물등록번호가 적힌 인식표를 착용해야 한다. 반려동물의 인식표에 기재되는 동물등록 번호, 소유자의 이름, 핸드폰 번호만으로도 보안의 취약점에 노출된다. 현재 시스템은 소유자의 허락없이 소유자의 개인정보와 반려동물의 정보를 열람할 수 있게 되어있으며 또한 시스템에서 소유자의 개인정보와 반려동물의 정보가 구분 없이 모두 노출된다. 본 논문에서는 소유자의 개인정보 열람 동의를 얻어 소유자와 반려동물의 정보를 표시하고 요청자의 사용 목적에 따라 필요한 서비스만 제공할 수 있도록 시스템을 개선하는 방안을 제안하여 이를 통해 개인정보 보호를 강화하고 요청자에게 반려견의 필요한 정보를 알아갈 수 있도록 한다.

From January 1, 2014, the enforcement regulations of the Animal Protection Act have been amended, making it mandatory for dog owners to select and wear dog tags, both internal and external wireless identification devices, to register companion animals. Also, when going out with your dog, you must wear an identification tag with the owner's name, contact information, and animal registration number. The animal registration number, owner's name, and mobile phone number on the companion animal identification label have security holes. This is a system that can access the owner's personal information and pet information without the current owner's consent. In addition, both the owner's personal information and the companion animal's information are exposed in the system without distinction. In this paper, we proposed a method to improve the system so that the owner and companion animal's information can be displayed by obtaining the owner's consent to view personal information, and only necessary services can be provided according to the requester's purpose of use. This strengthens the protection of personal information and allows the requester to know the necessary information about the dog.
