초록/요약
본 연구는 성인애착이 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략이 매개효과가 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 19세 이상29세 이하의 성인 269명을 대상으로 친밀관계 경험검사 개정판, 인지적 정서조절 전략 질문지, 자해척도로 구성된 자기보고식 설문지를 실시하였다. 이 중 경도 자해 경험만을 보고한 201명을 경도 비자살적 자해 집단으로, 경도와 중등도/중증도 자해 경험 모두를 보고한 68명을 중등도/중등도 비자살적 자해 집단으로 구분하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략, 비자살적 자해 간의 상관분석 결과 경도 자해 집단에서는 애착불안, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략, 자해빈도는 서로 정적 상관을 보였지만 애착 회피는 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 자해빈도와 상관을 보이지 않았다. 중등도/중증도 수준의 비자살적 자해 집단에서는 애착 회피, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략, 자해빈도가 모두 서로 정적 상관을 보였고, 애착 불안은 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략과만 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 경도 수준의 비자살적 자해 집단의 애착불안이 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략이 부분매개는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략의 하위 유형(‘자기비난’, ‘타인비난’, ‘반추’, ‘파국화’)이 각각 애착불안과 비자살적 자해를 매개하는지 살펴보았고, 그 결과 ‘반추’의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 중등도/중증도 수준의 비자살적 자해 집단의 애착회피와 비자살적 자해에 미치는 영향에서 자기비난의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies on the relationship of adult attachment and non-suicidal self-injuries(NSSI). For this purpose, 269 adult aged from 19 to 29 years completed the self-report survey that included the Experience of Close Relationship-Revised(ECR-R), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ), and Inventory of Statements About Self-injury(ISAS). Those who reported only mild-level NSSI were classified as mild NSSI groups, while those who reported moderate/severe-level NSSI were classified as moderate/severe NSSI groups. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the results of analyzing correlations in a sample of mild-level NSSI group showed significantly positive correlations among attachment anxiety, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and self-injury frequency but no significant correlations among attachment avoidance, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and self-injury frequency. In contrast, there were significantly positive correlations among attachment avoidance, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and self-injury frequency as well as between attachment anxiety and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in a sample of moderate/severe self-injury group, Second, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies was found to partially mediate the relationship between attachment anxiety and NSSI among the mild NSSI group. In addition, this study investigated whether subtypes of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies('self-blame', 'other-blame', 'rumination', 'catastrophizing') would mediate the relationship between attachment anxiety and NSSI, and it was found that 'rumination' mediated such a relationship. Third, 'self-blame' was found to partially mediate the relationship between attachment avoidance and NSSI among the moderate/severe NSSI group. Based on these findingss, the implications, limitations and suggestions of this study were discussed.
