액정유화 프로테오글리칸을 함유한 립스틱의 보습 효과 연구

초록/요약
보습 기능을 가진 립스틱을 연구 개발 하였다. 보습력이 우수한 프로테오글리칸을 선정하여 라멜라 액정 유화 입자 내에 함유시켰다. SEM 분석을 통하여 라멜라 액정 유화 입자 형성을 확인하였다. 액정 유화된 프로테오글리칸을 함유한 립스틱을 제조하였다. 일반립스틱과 비교하여 안정성과 발색은 비슷하였지만, 사용감은 프로테오글리칸 립스틱이 우수하였다. 제조된 립스틱의 피부 보습효과를 측정하기 위하여 TEWL과 NMFs를 측정하였다. 프로테오글리칸 립스틱 도포결과 TEWL은 일반립스틱 대비 1.54배, 아무것도 도포하지 않은 결과 대비 4.56배 감소하였다. NMFs 는, 일반립스틱 대비 아미노산은 1.60 배, 지질은 1.22 배 증가하였다. 아무것도 도포하지 않은 결과 대비 아미노산은 3.09배, 지질은 1.8배 증가하였다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 프로테오글리칸 립스틱의 우수한 피부 보습 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 키워드: 립스틱, 보습, 프로테오글리칸, TEWL, NMFs

A new lipstick with moisturizing effect was studied and developed. Proteoglycan was selected as the moisturizer and emulsified in liquid crystal lamellar. SEM analysis showed the formation of liquid crystal lamellar structure. The proteoglycan lipstick was formulated. When it was compared to normal lipstick, the stability and colorization were similar. The skin feeling, however, was better with proteoglycan lipstick. To measure the moisturizing effect, TEWL and NMFs were measured. With proteoglycan lipstick, TEWLs were decreased 1.54 times than normal lipstick and 4.56 times than without lipstick. NMFs increased with proteoglycan lipstick. Amino acids increased 1.6 times than normal lipstick and 3.09 times than without lipstick. Total lipids were also increased 1.22 and 1.8 times respectively. These results proved superior moisturizing effects of proteoglycan lipstick. key word: lipstick, moisturizing, proteoglycan, TEWL, NMFs
