초록/요약
Supply Chain Management 관계에서의 전문 제조업체가 처해 있는 원자재 재고 부담에 대하여 구체적인 사례를 통하여 알아보고자 한다. 기업들의 사용 가능한 장기 재고 보관 실태를 조사하고 발생 원인 규명 및 연구를 통하여 사용 가능한 장기 보관 재고의 발생을 억제하고자 한다. 또한 Process 상에서 불가피하게 발생되는 사용가능한 장기 보관재고에 대한 효율적인 처리 모형을 연구하고 제시하고자 한다. 사용 가능한 장기 재고를 (Usable Long-Term Inventory or ULTI)로 정의 한다. ULTI가 현재 많은 기업들이 내부적으로 처리 문제에 직면해 있다. 표면적으로는 활용 가능한 유동 자산으로 보이지만, 실질적으로는 제품의 단종, 설계변경 등으로 사용처를 잃고 창고에서 보관중인 ULTI에 대하여 집중 연구하고자 한다. 표준화된 Process의 부재 및 발생 원인에 대한 책임 규명으로 기업들은 ULTI 색출 및 처리에 미온적인 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 발생되고 있는 사례를 통하여 ULTI의 LOSS를 정의하고 가시화시켜 주기적인 모니터링을 통한 효과적인 처리 모형을 구체적으로 제시하고자 한다.

Supply Chain Management is a professional manufacturer in relation danger pay for the raw materials inventory through concrete examples to investigate. Companies' actual conditions used to investigate possible long-term warehousing, and research through identifying the cause of long-term storage is available should you want to suppress the occurrence of stock. Process is also available on the inevitable long-term storage, stock research model for the efficient processing and would like to introduce. Available long-term stock (Usable Long-Term Inventory or ULTI) is defined as ULTI is currently handling the problem internally, many companies are facing. On the surface, appears to be the available liquid assets, but actually a discontinued product, due to design changes, losing sayongcheo ULTI about being kept in the warehouse is to focus research. Standardized Process for the cause of the lack of accountability and to ferret out and processing firms lukewarm ULTI is Free. In this study, the actual cases that have been raised through the LOSS of ULTI defines and through periodic monitoring by visualizing an effective treatment is to present a detailed model.
