초록/요약
RFID가 등장하면서 새로운 유비쿼터스 기술들이 나오고 있다. MS사의 회장인 빌게이츠는 “직장이건 집이건 이동중이건 언제나 연결되고 원하는 것에 접속 할 수 있는 환경”으로 미래를 묘사하고 있다. 이 같은 구상이 언제 어디서나 정보에 접속할 수 있는 인터넷 혁명을 의미 한다면 어디에서나(anywhere)' 정보가 심겨지는 것이 유비쿼터스 세상의 모습일 것이다. 이러한 RFID를 응용한 기술을 현재의 복잡하고 어려운 학사업무에 적용하여 학사업무의 효율화 방안을 제시하였다. 이렇게 함으로서 학생들의 신뢰성 있고 신속한 생활지도와 학사업무가 원활하게 이루어지며, 또 가정과 연계한 학생 생활지도가 신속하고 공정하고 이루어 질것이며, 학교 내의 각 부서 간 업무가 투명하고 공정한 업무가 이루지는 과정을 제시 하고자 한다. 학생 개개인에게 학생 고유의 번호를 내장한 태그를 부여하여 교내에서의 학생의 동선을 한눈에 파악할 수 있는 응용 시스템으로 학생이 정문이나 교실, 실습실, 상담실, 보건실, 및 급식소에 등에 있을 때 리더는 학생의 태그를 읽어 들여 이 학생들에 대한 정보가 저장된 OIS의 서버에서 읽어올 수 있어, 어느 부서에서나 필요하면 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있어 학생관리에 매우 효과적이다. 또 신상정보를 보호하기 위해서는 RM에 인증된 리더와 인증된 개인 ID를 이용하면 타인이 정보를 공유할 수 없어 학생의 신상정보를 보호 할 수 있다. 그러므로 인증된 리더와 개인 ID만 가지면 가정과도 연계하여 실시간으로 학생의 근태를 파악할 수 있으며, 학교의 서버에도 접근하여 학생의 기본적인 학생생활에 관련한 내용도 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있는 방안을 제안 하였다.

The new ubiquitous technologies are coming out with RFID adventing. The chairman of Microsoft company, Bill Gates describes the future as a circumstance that "people can connect the Internet system anywhere and anytime". If his idea means a Internet revolution which people can connect Internet information anywhere and anytime, the real ubiquitous world contain the meaning of anywhere. There is a program which is applied to RFID technology in the school curriculum. By using the technology, teachers can do the prompt, credible and practical instruction to their student and their curricular tasks will be easier than before. Also, this technology will show you the affair and clear task process in each departments of the school and the prompt and affair parents involved education instruction. This system will give a tag which is contained a serial number to each student, thus teachers can catch his student`s movement easily and manage the information of students effectively in the school by reading the tag from OIS server which is saved student`s information. Also, This system can protect student`s identification information by using the secret approved reader and ID. Therefore, if parents have the secret approval reader and individual ID, they can access their son and daughters school attendancy, school curriculum progress and other school life from the system.
