우리나라의 기업은 1990년대에 중반부터 대기업을 중심으로 도입된 ERP는 만족도는 높지가 못하였고 이러한 만족도를 높이기 위하여 추가 자원을 투입하였다. 좀더 효율적이고 성공적인 ERP구축을 위하여 기업은 좀더 기업의 핵심역량을 강화하고 ERP구축함에 있어 성공적인 구축을 이룩하기 위하여 사용자의 참여를 유도할 수 있고 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 기법이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 ERP구축에 대한 실패요소를 개선시키며 기업의 핵심역량 강화를 위하여 새로운 정량적 ERP 구축 혁신 방법론을 제시하고 시뮬레이션과 산출물의 자동화 생성이라는 방법론의 IT화로 보완한다. 정량적인 측정 지표를 사용한 설문조사 방법을 이용한 ERP 구축 방법론이다. 설문조사 평가 방법은 질문문항과 일정비중을 설정하는 점에서는 어려움이 있으나, 정보수집에 있어서는 신속하고 용이하고, 또한 설계된 프로세스는 남이 아닌 설문 참여자가 직면되어서 일일 업무를 하는 것이기에 당사자들의 참여를 유발한다는 점에서 사용을 하게 된다. 또한 전략정보의 고려라는 점에서는 사용자가 아닌 간부의 평가 단계도 추가가 된다. 이에 예상되는 자원의 추가투입에 대한 문제점을 제시하고 시뮬레이션과 산출물의 자동화 생성이라는 방법론의 IT화로 보완한다. 본 연구는 3개사의 ERP 구축 중 자재관리에 적용된 실증 사례를 기반으로 현재 알려진 ERP 구축의 실패요소에 대한 개선과 BPR의 장점 중 하나인 핵심 프로세스개발에 대한 장점을 가지며, ERP 구축 방법론의 발전 방향과 정량적인 ERP 구축 혁신 방법론의 기법으로 솔루션 공급 및 개발 기업과 구축 컨설팅 기업에게 본 ERP 구축 방법론의 방향으로 해당 기업의 ERP 구축 방법론을 적용하여 실현성이 높은 ERP 구축 방법론을 만들게 되고, 이를 통하여 공기 단축과 비용감소라는 금전적 측면과 성공적 구축을 통한 고객만족이라는 측면에서 유익한 정보가 되기를 기대한다. 도입 기업에게는 좀더 핵심역량과 효율적인 관리에 측면에서 본 연구가 유익한 정보가 될 것이라고 본다.

Before now, Companies try to be alive in the unlimited international market. So they have improved the own process for growing up a profit and reducing the cost. So they use the some ERP Solutions as the equipment of Process innovation. Before now, they believe that ERP has the BEST Practice’s process. But Most of companies that built ERP System have the low usage ratio. The typical reasons are the resistance for new system and process, insufficient Methodology’s Order and architecture, insufficient education of the reason to build, new system and to-be process, unfeasible to-be process etc. This thesis shows the fault factors for ERP implementation and the purpose of BPR implementation. And thesis builds a way for the methodology to develop in the future and measurable methodology based on the core process innovation. In this thesis, new model that I suggest is called as new Successful ERP Methodology for the process’s innovation. This model has the goal as successful implementation. The important keys in this model are Measurable Indicator, Grow up the ERP satisfaction by end users, Define & develop the core process (BPR), consider the company’s strategy, Automation of Outputs, Reduce the Project Period & the cost. To get the goal this model uses the 2 kinds of method. One is the researching & valuation by using the defined questionnaire. And another is IT of Methodology for making the outputs and to design the process This Model can help to reduce the resistance about the new system and process. Because this survey and valuation by using the defined questionnaire are going to make end-users to attend the project and to know the new system and process. And The case of research by managers, It is possible to apply the company’s strategy to the ERP Projects. But these surveys make the cost and the period need more. So Automation of Methodology for making the outputs, the Analysis and design can help these survey’s weak about the cost and period. This Model will be the position as methodology to reduce the fault factors when this model will be used about whole ERP implementation project.
